Overview

On “peeling” your fingers away from the fingerboard, rather than lifting them up. Excellent for improved flexibility and agility and balance– eg playing fast, playing with less tension, and playing in-tune!

Common Pitfalls

Pitfall #1: keeping your left arm in a fixed position– allow your left arm to follow the walking motion of your fingers. Your left elbow should be moving to some degree– film yourself if you’re not sure!
