Practice

Practice this 10-30x after finding your bow hold. Great to do while watching TV/talking on the phone.

Common Pitfalls

Pitfall #1: moving so fast that you don’t notice the difference between actively holding the bow and allowing the weight of the bow to rest on your index finger.

Pitfall #2: tensing your right should as you bring the bow up to your finger. Watch yourself in the mirror and keep reminding yourself to let your right shoulder relax.
